These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Massar passenger application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Massar, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please uninstall the app.

2. Service Description

Massar provides:

• Real-time bus tracking information
• Route and stop details
• Estimated arrival times
• Service disruption alerts

All data is voluntarily shared by participating drivers using the Massar Driver app.

3. Community-Driven Service

You acknowledge that:

• Massar is not affiliated with any Algerian government agency, public transportation authority, or official transit service
• Data accuracy depends on driver participation and GPS signal quality
• The service is provided "as is" without warranties
• Bus locations may occasionally be delayed or inaccurate

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app responsibly and lawfully
• Not misuse or reverse-engineer the service
• Understand that this is a community-supported tool, not an official service

5. Limitation of Liability

Massar shall not be liable for:

• Inaccurate or delayed bus information
• Any losses resulting from app usage
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Actions of third-party drivers or entities

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
